New mobs i haven't seen?

So me and old clan were in ow and there was a new mob i have never seen how long has it been around for? :/
Its always been in ow, but ret has been very strict about killing it, only slowed down when there became more targets and a 10-30 dmg ring wasn't as good of a prize
