Buying sigils...


Question: While eliding with a combo, do I have to stop to activate sigs or do they stack?

Lvling with or without combos doesn't have anything to do with sigils, if you were to use sigils while Lvling the same thing would happen if you weren't Lvling. Just an increase in hp/energy regained while out of combat.
