My druid is glitched?

I'm a level 150 Druid and my level seems to not be eligible to surpass 50 points into natures touch as with all my gear it should be around 57, yet stays at 50, is my account glitched or is this a cap?

So people can't have skills dealing 100k damage if they go for a complete skill point build
