Innocent until proven guilty. The burden of proof rests on the accuser. Basic legal concept but I'll dumb it down for you: you accuse somone of something then you are the one who must provide proof that they did what you say.

umm...i hate to break it to you but over charging isnt scamming. It may not be fair but if balroq agreed to the price then its fair game. if threre was some type of trickery involved with this transaction it would be different.

iv personally heard about this incodent from everyone in masmar except balroq, he dosnt seem to mad about it so let it go if it really happen and imma some up what i recently said in a thread in genral about scamming- if your dumb enough to get scammed with all the new (are you sure warrnings) in trade when you go to check the box then then you deserve to get scammed. qq to someone who cares
