From what I've heard, depending on whom you ask the answer is me. Hehe
My picks are !
Balboa - nicest! She has saved more then 15000 puppys from certian stew.
And for the meanest it's hands down cc, he's a d!£k.

balboa is definitely a puppy hugger but as for cc he is a good guy once you get to know him

Nicest is zealot most overlooked elite player there is just becuase he is nicer than everyone else which in my opinion should make him stand out and none of elite are really mean they can just be pretty intense sometimes
