Mind tabs of slate :(

Okay. This is driving me crazy! Ive been looking for mind slates for a month now. Does anybody have 3. Im paying 40k for each
Its real hard to get em now days since only one or two bosses drop them,and they dont drop em too often.
And elite are allways camping em,so its even harder to get one :/
