How rare are these fellas?
#1So I came across a scholarly phantom tonight...are these mobs all over? It's the first extra xp kill ive seen.

#2THere are multiple in the ow but also in carrowmore tunnels you just need luck to find one they rarelly spawn.

#4i heard sometimes 2 wise mobs spawn next to each other at phantoms.
