Xfer acc with lvl 195 rogue

Hi all,
Im Sirduke, lvl 195 rogue on sever Rhiannon. I want get some new challenges and meet some new ppl so im trying to do a account transfer to another server. My rogue has DL and frozen armour (not dl wep).
Looking for a lvl 194+ account. Class does not matter. Lux and plat items are negotiable.
