Hello Everyone,

Due to an exploit, we disabled Nuada and the global zones until we could identify the issue and fix it. After a long discussion we decided not to roll back the server, so members of the team and myself have spent that past few days tracking down gold and items obtained by illicit means. In order to do this, we have cancelled all active Auction House listings and returned all unread mail to the sender.

Right now, we're unlocking Nuada for players to log back in to. Global zones will return early next week.

Some players may notice gold or items missing from their characters as we attempt to undo any illegal trades with those trying to profit from the exploit. We sent mail from the Support Team notifying you of our actions, but if you feel you are missing something and did not receive a mail from us, please reach out to the Support Team.

We have permanently banned a number of players who went through excruciatingly great lengths to launder gold and items. These players knowingly abused an exploit in order to gain an unfair advantage over other players. We maintain zero tolerance for players of this caliber, and have closed all associated accounts.

The management team has also decided not to extend the Double Platinum and Bonus Experience for Nuada. While we understand that there are other players who were not involved in this incident, we do apologize that you are not able to enjoy this past weekend's event. Rest assured, there will be more Double Plat and Bonus Experience weekends in the future.

Going forward, we encourage Heroes to think twice about trades that appear to 'good to be true', and to contact Support if you feel that another player is violating our Terms of Service.
