It's Friday and time for another update regarding the ongoing problems with Apple Sign-In and purchases on the Google Play Store. First let me once again thank you all for being patient and understanding.
Unfortunately the team is not fully ready yet to deploy a fix for the Apple Sign-In problem.
DECA is working closely with Virtual Realms, but we require more time to fully test our fix and make sure that everything works correctly. We would love to get everyone back into the game, but we don’t want to risk further complications and will hence take more time to test our changes before deploying. If you still wish to play, we ask you not to use the empty Apple Sign-In accounts, as keeping the progress there will introduce further complications. Please create a new account.
Our current plan is to do an extended 5 hour downtime starting 8AM CET on Monday to fix the issues. We will update you if the schedule changes. It is crucial for us that the fix works and doesn't disrupt your gameplayer even further.
The team is also working hard on resolving the Google Play Store purchase problem. We aim to resolve the issue together with the Apple Sign-In one.
We understand how frustrating the situation is for the impacted players and the team is doing their best to resolve the issues as soon as possible. This is naturally not how DECA wished to start our journey together, so once again our apologies and a reminder that we will compensate all impacted players once the issue is fixed.
