Server Restart - 12 Noon - Additional Bug Fixes

Hey Heroes,
Server restart today as we work on some of the back end systems, this will hopefully alleviate some of the server strain and reduce world server lag.
Servers will be down at 12 Noon GMT in 1 hour 30 minutes.
