I cannot seem to find Dill, Where do you even get this spice?

Fishing venders, I think dill is lirs dock fishing vender, or stonevale fishing vender. Shalmont is pepper, so it is lirs or stonevale, I Forget what fingals, sewers, carrow or otherworld fishing vender spice is, but dill sounds like lirs.
