Support you worked quickly with my case and I'm ecstatic to have Arlia back! I could kiss all of you! Lol. Thank you very much. Support is amazing! They helped me recover a deleted character that I left lux items on, in just a matter of hours. the character was deleted 3 months ago and they still were able to track it down
