It will end when Update 4 is released. The issue now is that update 4 shoulda come out by dev previous estimations in "late Sept." this obviously isn't going to happen. And Update 4 needs beta testers and beta apps, so all told we are probably a full 3-4 weeks away from Update 4 from when they announce Beta and they haven't yet.

This makes many of us feel like most likely they will patch content for Halloween instead of their original plans to include it in Update 4. And if they did this, it would end in about 3 weeks.

So long story short..if patched 3 weeks, if Update 4'd 3-4 weeks from when they announce beta applications.
