Instead of a 2nd warning, wouldn't a 3-day ban make more sense? If the person is reported a 3rd time, its a permanent ban. As opposed to 2 warnings and a perm ban.

I like Xell's idea of a middle-type action. I think we should assume most players are old enough that one warning is fair... A middle level - short ban - would be a good way to get the point across and make the player decide how much they want to play the game.

My two cents... I love the clan bank (chest) idea. My clans have used different players as class banks, and we have been able to work around time zone issues, but a central location would be great, and much faster, when we need something in a pinch, or are ready to pass things out when someone isn't online.

I don't like the shared account idea so much...
In my mind, the chars are associated with the person behind them. I may like and trust one person, while not liking or trusting their brother or best friend. People could be coerced into revealing information or giving items to someone under false pretenses with this. It gets nuts when you start lookin at degrees.. My best friend logs on as me, and talks to your sister, who is logged on as you....

I have also gone a long way to build up a certain reputation, and I don't play the same way my SO does. If he were using my account, some things I insist are true about me/my char would no longer be so.

Regarding clan banks:

Sharing accounts is against the rules. This is in place to prevent 1 user from stealing all of the items on an account.

If you share accounts, and you lose your items, Support will not be able to restore your items.

The person who has stolen the items will be subject to the Celtic Heroes Disciplinary Procedure, and their account may be disabled as a result.

Hi great to meet u my bro quicksteiker/ faramir99 quit the game and we r school budz and long ago i quit celtic heroes and gave razorbeam to my brother anyways i came back and my shool mate quit i took over account then serdartje tried to sell his account to me i was seeing how far he would havengone during trade i was trying to take scree shot and have reported it with proof unbelievably the battery was dead and he reported me and won i got disabled admin this is not a spam scam or whatever you guys call it i had a silver amulet of energusation and solver shrink charm on it .. (platinum is not enough buy the way) and i dont wanna lose everything i demand a request to enable him i am determinated to do as my instinct tells me i know you will enable my account quickstriker level 85 rogue andddddddddd notify me what you think of my messege . These new tos cannot be enforced without having every single player check that they have read them. Most players do not check these forums or know they exist. Banning accounts as a result of laziness on your part speaks volumes.
