Im just saying i dont think its fair if someone cant beta test for example if a relative dies and he/she is depressed and doesnt want to play gets their beta testing status taken of them for that reason!

Whoa, slow down. I think you're reading a little too much into people's comments.
It was just an observation that some people join the forums after they've already been playing for a while.

I don't think anyone expects Beta testers to play 24/7 and I'm sure you guys are doing a good job.

The devs shouldn't care about your personal problems, it's not their job. Their job is to make money. To make money they need people spending money. For people to spend money they need to download the game. To download the game they need to have a positive idea about playing that. Positive thought and people downloading the game comes from content that is good and comes quickly. For that to happen, there can't be any wasting time at any step in the developing process. If the devs are operating at 30% beta tester capacity, time is awasting because people "cant be expected to be on all the time". Beta testing spots are valuable. If you want to keep it, you have to be present to hold the spot. I'm sure people can come up with many analogies to this process.

Already beta testing has gone on a week more than planned originally (I think). Maybe if all 100 registered devices were active, the update would be much quicker in the coming.

I gotta agree with heretic here (I swear I'm not biased because I'm in his clan) I feel that age should be taken into account. Some of the posts by beta testers have such bad grammar/spelling and ideas that I wonder if they are over the age of 12. I've got nothing against concerned and thoughtful minors testing the beta, but I think there should be a cutoff age (12 for example) before you take up one of these spots. I'm sure a case by case basis would also be good, but there's gotta be a minimum.

I am 45 "this aint my first rodeo" as we say in TEXAS. I hav beta tested several games an just got picked for WOM and also SWOR but I am not gonna test those games ,I am too focused on this game which has so much potential .I also tested windows vista for 3 months almost a whole summer actually. I tested diablo 2 an also a few other games one that was really old i tested was star wars xwing/tie fighter a awsome flight simulator from lucas arts that was way way back in the early 90's.Recently I beta tested DC universe online which was awsome but it was by Sony ONline an we all know what happened to Sony it was hacked an it was a month or so before they got it back up running by that time they had lost all their customers or reimbursed them for DC universe online .Far as grammar i did that in high school ,college, an work and a lot of times i dont hav time for good grammar cause i am at work or just too lazy an relaxed at home after work ,but to each its own on the grammar thing im not knocking them for good grammar my wife has a BA in English so i catch hell all the time for my texas slang an texas drawl

I agree but I'm pretty sure a 12 year old can spell but there should be an age limit. one day i was in the village and a player came up to me and started to annoy me via asking me to group with him even though i politely said nty and asking for stuff but he kept bothering me and started talking about some game that seemed childish when i asked him how old he was he said 7 and if u were in the i pro clan in rosemerta u may remember a player named Asoma who was 7 years old and also very annoying he was kicked and then left the game after throwing a little tantrum :|

I think that 7 year old was bugging me in herne too... Lol
