I can solo the Obelisk on my 50% Camo broom.. It hits 300-500 auto per hit. It's a shame that the broom effect doesn't stack with my camo charm though which I'd also like to whine about.

No. OTM warned us camo charms were leaving. That was nice enough of them. If you did not buy one, that was your mistake, ifyou did not yet play the game, then that is life.

There are always changes in an mmo. It is, afterall, dynamic. Camos will start coming on the market in small quantities as new neck slot items emerge that are attractive and the need for camo at higher levels diminishes. Additionally, it is possible future high level mobs will "see right through the trickery" of the charms, and those of us at that content may let a camo charm go (for the right price).

I may sell mine soon. I do not miss it when I am on my divine broom, but when I hop off the broom, sometimes I am inconvenienced.

To be honest, i'm sick of people whining for it to come back. I sincerely hope it never does because, just like gort said, OTM warned us. If you want to play a game where nothing changes, go play something made on flash.

Correction, OTM made a forum post on it. There wasnt in an in game pop up, no e-mail sent, no message from support, nothing. Also, at the time of U2, there wasnt a lot of forum members compared to today.

well actually, in the ToS it states that the virtual product is owned by otm,

so they have the right to change whatever they want without warning, they also own all our accounts and items

i wouldnt mind this event, this is coming from a player who already owns a camo charm and is not interested in buying one whatsoever, i think they should be brought back permanently or just for a small time.

I'm getting too damn predictable , i was ready to respond to this until I saw the last line lol, you could easily guess what I was gonna say...

Have a suggestion that might sound stupid but also maybe solve this charm problem for new players. When I entered this game I didnt know anything about any charm (May 2012). And when I was informed about it, it was to late to buy. Tried and asked a few if I could buy one but the price was way to high for me. So here is my suggestion:

When a new player comes on, give him a week to order and buy this charm to whatever the price might be. The charm will bind to him so he cant sell it. The bind will expire after a year and now he can sell it if he wants to. This way no one can make any business on it for the first year. I think this charm is different from a lot of other stuff you have missed. The charm is something everyone should have access to buy. Just a suggestion and maybe not necessary since allready new stuff has arrived with camo on like the new brooms. On the other hand these brooms seem to be mostly for mage and druids because they can attack/heal sitting on the broom.
