Here is my experience of OTM
Have been in contact with them in mails about problems that has come up.
It has never, so far, taken them more then a few minutes to reply to me and told me they would do what they can to help me out, and they have. I have never experienced a better service and kind replies as from these guys. I take my hat off for these great people that Im sure are working very hard to try and satisfy all of us that has some problems.
Ok, I don't like everything in the game and wish changes and stuff but then I express myself on this forum and tell them what idea I might have. Just crying like many does here wont, in my opinion, make them any happier and eager to develop this game further. Do point out something you don't like but stay civil and maybe even come up with a suggestion, that actually many does and is great fun to read.
And yes, I do have a little experience of companies creating online games. Have played online games since 1995.
