Guardian seeking some advice

#1
Background: On my server there are two main clans and some freelance players. Most get along good, not all but most. Boss kills happen fast. After a boss will spawn you have 10 min at best to make your group and start killing. If not the other clan or freelance players will beat you to it.

My question is, should boss kills be a clan activity or should you just make random groups for it. At first are clan was very strick on, only clan members in the group, now not so much. I remember the days of "World of Warcraft". All endgame content was keeped in the clan, end of story. But this game is different, the severs are smaller and there are fewer bosses.

A few friends and myself got are discs before a lot of people were leveled up to start helping. It was very clear who should be in the group (a level 80 gets a spot before a level 60). On a personal level It dont mater to me, I have my gear alread. But what path will lead to a strong clan.

I see two reasons to join a clan, to make friends and help with group activity. If endgame content is open to everyone to just do as they please, your left with just friendship. Not that this is bad but something to think about.

Any advice would be helpfull

Well your sever has it better then mine theres only one main clan and a bunch of smaller clans the thing is though the main clan on my server is the only one that's in stonevale in large numbers when I boss spawns it's usualy already found and brought down in about 5 minutes top. It's hard to get into a group unless your a 80+ character (of course I'm a level 86) but now it really don't bother me cause I got my full warden lol I guess the best you can do is help anyway you can I mean most people on my server are greedy and sell the extra fragments they get when I give mine away. Lol but I do like your post nice to see that some other worlds can actually make it to stonevale lol. Peace geovani out!

Yes in mine and Geovani's server it's utter chaos the main clan will demand that anyone not in the clan give up their frag drop if its needed by any member and even though I am a member on my lvl 87 warrior I give my frags out to anyone in need unless of course it's a dragon because there ultra rare in Lugh and I'm still in need because im the only one currently experiencing a problem with the wardens taking frags and not giving armour but anyway honestly just let anyone who needs to kill bosses in the group unless it's full or the spot is reserved for a healer if needed I basically like to think of the server as it's own clan with sub groups of people who are around the same lvl or who have been playing together for awhile all should be welcome to groups/fights to make your clan strong and if any oppose because of two separate clans grouping then why are they even in a clan to begin with I mean the game is about teamwork if you need another clans help why not let them help? Hope you find some advice somewhere in the ramblings I've left you. The Gorgon ends here.

I wish it were that easy in my server there are two main clans one has been at power from the beginning and then the clan im in witch rivals there power. They wont help us they will gather there clan mates and if we dont have a good enough tank on or a good healer and fail they jump in and kill the boss. Once saw them try taking on chilmist and spirehoof on at the sametime. But honestly we help others who help themselves we let people into the group for the quest as long as they in return give us the frags i mean there lvl 30 they dont need warden. But now all the low lvls that have the warden quest think because they were in group they deserve the warden and should be handed the disc. When in all acual reality they parryed and missed every attack and blocked the healers so they couldnt heal. So what im saying is you should let most into your group but of a certain lvl my thoughts on the lvs.

Tank 70+
Healer 60+
Anyone else is for dp so they should be 70+
