These rules: Good intentions, bad results

#1
This almost reminds me of our bullies in today's schools. If you are being bullied, speak up, don't let it go on for much long before you get depressed and take your life. These rules may decrease bullying on forums for the bad people. But did you know something?

This place is like facebook. People browse forums rapidly and most mean things people say are seen before the admin's can do anything about it. So feelings are muchly ruined and hurt and even though th post is gone it stays in the person's long term memory.

People are quitting because they NEED to warn people but you keep getting rid of the warning posts from the real good people and they are like this. They feel caged, depressed, they feel hopeless. People are getting scammed left and right and they can't warn others about this technique because they get deleted. What we need was active admins, but not these rules.

Copying this to re-post just in case it is touched or locked.

I don't think your post needs moderating.

I think that some of the rules can be eased off once people start to show that they can stop arguing with each other over small things. If someone can name and shame and not cause an argument then the rule could possibly be eased off. If people continue to argue then the rule will remain. With more active moderators (and admins probably after the update, depending on when Update 5 will arrive), the forums can be controlled better.

Overall, I think people need to prove themselves before anyone starts to think about easing these rules.

But it seems that even though (I think) you guys even sent a recommendation to lessen the strictness you still need to follow those rules. They still haven't changed their minds...
