I don't understand why people are complaining really. I have only 5 characters 63-65 in lvl but it seems this game is actually not bad when compared to other mobile mmos I've played. If you want hard there's one where I spent 2 years and the equivalent gold to 7k usd on xp boost coins to be lvl 48 (soft cap was 42 then now 44). That game is much much much worse.

Another popular game lets you max your lvl in only 1-2 days making everyone at the same hard lvl cap then almost as much as force you to spend hundreds of USD to get gear or you can't compete. Gear is almost always bound and once used is locked down forever. Be glad lux items are bought with normal gold and arent bound. Games where you can't put work into characters and have it count for much aren't fun.

In my opinion you get a better return on your money to just buy more devices to play with than buying plat. I play with 3-5 usually.
