Celtic Heroes

I am simply curious how long a tick is. Has its time been changed in for the update? I am a lvl 160 druid using the most energy conservative skills with the new 40 tick amulet and 40 tick icon. However, i find my energy running out faster than it did in update 3 when i was only using 15 tick crown, 20 tick amulet, and 15 tick book. What can explain this difference? Based on rejuv gear alone, it should be easier for me to manage my energy consumption. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated . Thanks!
