has anyone else seen this?? I went in there and the place was deserted. Completely empty. Is there a boss that spawns in there every so often or something??

Yeah I've got the swords every so often on my map in the area you speak of. Can't remember what quest they're for as it's not showing up in my quest log lol. At least I think we're thinking about the same palce... kind of to the right middle of the map when looking at it. That's where I always see the swords for quest mob

the entrance to the one I found was hidden behind a waterfall.

I've removed the location. I'm guessing that this is what you were talking about, then!
