1) Works like Rend. You get an auto hit out of it;
2) Cooldown: ~45 Seconds;
3) Manacost: 0 MP;
4) Casting duration: ~2 Seconds.

Should have been 150 poison damage but still pretty badarse

level 170 dps (main)
level 142 tank bank (retired)
