Who else outraged at the lute nerf? They just made everyones rare lutes now worthless by switching it from 1 handed to 2 handed.

To be fair, have you ever seen a person play a lute one handed? It sounds terrible.

Of course they changed it. It was a good wepon for casters if you could use an offhand. You ppl have played this game long enough to know otm's priority is to give us the crappiest gear they can while creating the illusion that its good gear. Every piece of useful equipment has been removed, scraped b4 hitting the live game or nerfed in the past, dont you all see a pattern?

Prob is now you dare not buy anything as otm will now nerf it

I actually dont like this change as logical as it was to have it two handed from the begining it wasnt and it wasnt labeled two handed but let u use an off hand it wasnt labeled one handed and blocked the off hand it was working perfectly with the description. If OTM absolutly had to change this they should have kept those in game the same and only changed new ones as for those who bought them did so with the thought u could use an off handed weapon. With it being two handed the usefulness of these lute just dropped significantly as now i would rather use a grim at lvl 50 then lose my off hand slot. Before this could have been great for those without sigils or really low as it offers some regen as a main hand weapon as no others do that while allowing them to keep the off hand so it wasnt a huge set back u less u had aggy books but now i dont see anyone even wanting to use it and now its just collectable which makes the bard lute barely more special over the other lute which defeats the purpose imo.

Bring the Lute back to how it was, that was the only thing about this whole entire event I ever liked more than anything and went through 100's of chests just to get one, feel like yall scammed me because there was never no indication saying it wasn't suppose to a two handed item it said main hand meaning we can use a left hand with it. That's like a character in game named OTM saying, hey if I give you Lute would you consider my lute with no off hand use for yours that give a off hand use would you take it ? 10 times out of 10 I bet every person would had so hell no! (Example of how we players feeling about this) and yet after using real money to buy plat you gone change things without warning till it happens.

Please OTM put the lutes back the way they were - or at least the ones that were one-handed

Could have just made the playin animation not show the offhand, you can do that with the dance emote so why couldn't you do it with the lute?
