Yea they renamed him and he spawns in the sewers.

Some random spot in the sewers. Nobody ever visits to kill him on our server. Shivercowl AND deadroot were exiled there as well. I guess OTM wanted people to be more active in sewers.

I really miss killing these red bosses in the good old days and wish OTM would develop new bosses for the sewers rather than simply relocating old ones...
