I agree that a world chat would probably be used for spamming sales and requests... What about a friends list shout/chat similar to clan chat?

We have many friends and crannies who aren't always on the same schedule, so I would also love to see a mailbox feature,
And / or to have the clan message as a popup when ppl log in.

I agree Shaden. Many of the players in my clan are in different time zones so were not always on at the same time to talk with each other. A mail box feature would better help us to communicate with other clan members.

Yes because I am annoyed when I'm help kill mini bosses and something is sold in stonvale i need it would help to be able to sell things to all

No world chat! People won't be able to handle that responsibility. I'll easily get annoyed with all the people spamming chat.

This isn't about bullhorns and bullhorns are not for the entire server just the area of the server your in and it's mainly for those under lvl 5. Its an option wether to go global or not and it's a terrible idea.

Bullhorns shout locally if you used a bullhorn in lirs it wouldn't be heard in stone because say I shouted with on in lirs "selling such and such" then someone in stone replyed how would I know they replyed?
