I was really at a loss and had no clue how to begin.
But after reading your guide I think I can now start playing a better game

Amazing guide but I don't think that beginners have forum accounts to see your work.

We should create a page here like the FAQ but for stuff like this. The wiki pages are so out of date and incomplete

Maybe in your example you could explain why putting points into strength would be a bad idea for mages. New players might be under the impression that it will help their magic damage.

just kill everything you can and then sell all the drops you dont need. right now you arent making much money (because the items in store for your level are inexpensive) but later when the items in the store are expensive you will be making up to 10g a kill. (drops will also increase in value)m

This even helps high lvls I was lvl 70 when I read this first and I didnt know that weight effects how much energy you have (my quiver had a weight of 30)

New rangers: get the Bolas skill. You will be able to keep your distance from enemies that way and take less damage or to defeat enemies more quickly.
