From what I understand, if you don't get the plat automatically they can manually credit you with it if you contact them.I sent them a e-mail too i had a reply back within 10 minutes, they gave me a 'Case Number' and said 'There Mobile support representatives will respond within 3 business days Guess I'll get a reply Monday then.
So please let me know how you get on and if you get your plat form them.
