NativeX question

I've had the issues with the pending transactions with NativeX that everyone else has been having. I sent in a support ticket last week and another today to NativeX. Just wondering if anyone has received help or a response from them outside of the generic email they send when you email the support team

I have received plat from a few of the offers, including a few of the run and installs. Just few and far between. I've gotten maybe 30 plat and have a few hundred pending. I've read a few people on the forums say they haven't had any problems.

It is all a scam. OTM is making money by NativeX. I don't know a single person who received plat.

Many people are getting plat without any problems, however some people are having their offers stuck on pending.

If the offer doesn't complete, nobody gets anything - nativeX doesn't get paid by the advertisers, OTM doesn't get anything, and players don't get plat. So it's very far from a scam, as the only time anyone benefits is if the offer completes.

So please if you get an offer stuck on pending, click the 'ask for help' button and report it to nativeX. This is an externally provided service for the benefit of players who don't/can't buy plat from the app store. OTM has no control over this service, it's an external service 100% controlled and run by nativeX.

So remember, please if your offer gets stuck on pending click the 'ask for help' button and report it to nativeX so they can do something about it.

It has been 4 business days since I have contacted them. If you would read my post it is clear I know that OTM cannot help me. I am not asking them to help me. I am asking the people who post on the forums and have problems with NativeX if they have had any contact with someone from NativeX. So yes I do believe this is the correct place to post something of that nature.
