It's still quite sad a lot of people fall for these kind obvious scam. Not saying the OP did, but in Morrigan, there are those who get scammed because most are looking to make a quick buck and that makes them easy victims. I bet if someone made a character called IWillScamU, they'd be successful at least once. :lol:

My personal favorite is the gold scammers who say they can double or even give infinite gold! Just give them a small amount like 20k and they will go to work.

Lmafo. If they had infinite gold why do they need more? Yet I keep seeing that one play out again and again. Pretty much every mmo has these.

If you fall for that one you deserve to be scammed. Come on guys, use your brain!
A lot of kids are the target audience to this type of trickery and they are often too naive or gullible to know better. I sure learned my lesson years ago many times in other MMO.

I did something similar like this to a scammer, asking for my account info to give me plat.
I said the username is: gullible
Password: goscamsomeoneelse

He logs out, logs back in and said it didnt work :/ :roll:
