I bought 100 from the plat store when they were being removed.They are semi rare. They used to be a daily quest but that was changed. Now each toon can do a one time quest for one around lvl60. So there are some floating around.I didn't know scroll of rooting was rare, I got 3 of themScroll of Rooting and a 2011 Pumpkin candle
The first time my clan did hrungir 10 of them came in very useful indeed.
I have 90 left now, I'm sure a few might get used when our clan decides to have a proper attempt at Mordis.
But otherwise, Alough they are worth a lot, they are for clan use only.....
