I think he's suggesting that, after you get the white one, how often do you get another black and white one. After getting the white, you have the option to select which you want to get, likely to try to get sparkly or snowbound.

I actually only have one white one, though at the rate I was going I could have had 3-5 by now. At least.

I have all blacks except snowbound and i have two yule whites
