Haven't you noticed that the Bracelet of Souls/Life (level 100 lux shop brace 15 energy/hp per tick 200 energy/hp buff) costs 200k, aka as much as heroic ammy of rejuv. It has less energy per tick, only regens either hp or energy. The brace and ring slots cost more with regen because the main place where regen comes from is ammy. This has been going on in the game for a while, not just in this event.
