Please confirm required WiFi / router settings / open ports required?
Game disconnects after 5 seconds yet works fine on other networks / mobile internet

#3I have seen this issue posted on a few MMO forums.
The problem most likely comes from your router but the only solution I have seen that people claimed to work was changing your disable your WEP key and use MAC filtering for security instead as this reduces packet loss.
We cannot advise you to actually do this ourselves as it is possible that these actions may make your home network less secure.
There may be other ways of fixing this problem but I have not discovered them yet.
