I had similar feelings as some of you, and so I quit about a year ago. I played other games like WoW, order and chaos, and Diablo. All of which were good MMOs. But I kept missing something that I could never explain from celtic heroes. Then I decided what the heck I will come back and play CH. I realized quickly that yes the grind is tedious, however the end game content is really good for the type of game that CH is. So I have accepted the grind as a necessity to ensure that the end game content be accessible to only those who are invested in the game. Could there be more end game content, you could make that argument, however once again in my opinion , that is where the events come into play. Since the first event I was part of in 2012 I feel like OTM has done a great job of introducing content that keeps you occupied for a little bit, then removes it just as it gets boring.

People will argue "the end game content gets boring". I say to you go on a date, go to a nursing home and volunteer some time, surprise your mom, roomates, spouse and do some extra chores around the house. Then go back to stonevale and otherworld and help a noob. Go collect summoning runes or beastbones and wait for someone to shout they are buying them and surprise them with a free donation. Go to the class forums and post some of your personal opinions about your class (there is not much input from level 190+ players). Go farm meteoric tabs and rems and donate them to an upstart clan. You will find a lot of fulfillment from helping others out and while you are waiting for aggy, hrung, mordis, or necro to spawn you may build some friendships along the way.

Yes celtic heroes is unique in a way, but endgame is boring. Camping for a ph boss for 2 hours seem fun to you? You grind a ton of hours to camp a boss. Sounds fun. What do you do when you finish camping? Go kill blackstones for fun? The drop rate for the stones you need are rediculous that it makes farming pointless. Maybe you should visit class forums more often because a lot of the input there is 180+ players helping people with builds, making leveling guides and post on how to fix their class as you can't expect a level 50 to know what to fix on a ranger class or even know what's broken.

Really hope there is no more grinding, like others have mentioned getting to 200 was enough of a grind. For the love of the game I also hope we see content versus another 25 or 50 levels to get to.

I have been slowly leveling my alts in and effort to get all 5 classes above 180, but holy hell it has been especially boring and a lot slower than the first two were because I am so burned out on the process.

So many other ways for OTM to make money other than on xp elixirs, I just keep hoping they finally listen to the players and cap the madness at 210.

Id say more horizontal content is what everyone is hoping for butwe most likely wont get much(except a mount system, why of all things a new mount system?!?!?). I believe its been confirmed tower zone will contain higher lvl mobs? smh otm... All this time farming these awesome bosses and i wonder how useful they will really be with the new zone.

I wonder how new players who just checked out game react to the fact that theres 190 lvls of pure grinding and also hear how long it takes from others players..

The reality is 6 months of dailys in the arena and carrow/lirs for daily groups, a thousand combos along with the 250 hours grinding them, all to be level 203 instead of level 190 will be undone in two days of grinding when the new higher level mob expansion comes out.

Exactly like the last update and those people who went to silly lengths to go to 163.

This is exactly why I leveled to 180 on lix, but didn't see the point of lixing after 180 and did the grind from 180-185 unlixed, and then only did dailies to 196. It took a long time, but I figured it was going to be a long time before the next update. why rush it?

Its sad that most of, if not all, the posts in this thread are genuine concerns from endgame players that have been with the game for years and will probably go without a response from admin or given some excuse as to what they are planning to make all our dreams come true to this being a better game.

I hit 190 two days before the last event came out with plans to do just dailys. Then I found out I needed more levels to lock the 200 boss over other clans and rushed it but still didn't lix over 193. In the end it was worth it because I could lock and solo the 5s near the end of the event and the drops are going to be the best well likely see for years.
