So im just wondering if you will ever be able to transfer ur account from ios to android because if I ever get an android device I don't wanna restart my progress.

When servers are able to be accessed by both devices, yes you keep your account

OTM told me that this wouldn't be possible, at least with bringing existing characters across servers due to some servers having rare items.

Although I wouldn't mind being able to jump around servers, I wouldn't want an iOS player coming to the server I'm on with rare items and trying to price gouge because the item want available on Android.
