If you are accepted you will receive an email from itunes which gives you a link to beta site. But u need to have ios8 to take part in beta. And upgrading your ios to ios8 can be a pain. So be prepared.

Apparently you need some things because test flight is sort of weird make sure your clock is 24 hour time make sure you have ios 8 make sure you have a decent amount of storage

Mine clock is not military/24 hour time and I had no issues downloading or getting in, so that is not true. IOS 8 and storage space I would agree with. If your device does not have enough free space it will not download the app.

How else would you download an iTunes App? At least for me, when I install something new I have to sign in to my Apple id to put it on my device(s).
