Okay, and could you give us a reason for that? Does it take too much time?

I am currently a ranger in beta testing and i still cannot locate any vendor that will sell me any new skill books. Either im an idiot or there is no new ranger skills? Lol.

To be honest, the way you guys beta test is awful. Things just change and we dont even know half the time what code was changed or what skills react differently without jotting down the old numbers etc.

Anyway, where does once purchase new skills (hell i cldnt find the OlD skill merchant). Noone sells training manuals......

ive never even seen you in beta............... that really sais something since im on all the time. you wasted a spot.

Any beta tester(s) whos not active, REPLACE THEM!

Don't want to make it sound desperate.. Have a chat in your beta community/developers and replace some useless testers and recruit some more to fill up the open positions.
I'm one of the keen tester and so as many more, if I or they newer guys suck.. Just replace us. Simple!
Since the beta testing still going towards upcoming updates and maybe testing beyond the updates I don't know. The point is, more keen tester on stand by like a bunch of hungry hounds ready to attack.

I'm asking for a fair go, don't even have to choose me! Any active ranger player(s) can represent my most 'interested' class.

After all.. The best system for any game is the balance of the game.

I am actually angry someone as incompetent as you was selected to beta test my favorite class. You obviously didn't even try to ask other testers for help. You are a joke, and took the place of someone more eager to help improve this class and game.

Admin I hope something is done to replace him. And this is my first time where I'll say I would like to be considered to be a beta tester for rangers in the future.

This kind of disrespect from a beta tester is frustrating to me bc of what someone said about how this class will probably have glitches because it was the least explored class. /endrant

Hey there, each tester will use up a spot for at least a year, because Apple only let us reuse our udid allocation after a year has passed.

We are going to investigate other ways to get more udid's for testing in future, but even then our quota will be limited.

The main issue is that we have to learn what is the best method of selecting testers. It seems being the most keen player does not necessarily make a good tester because often those players will want to be playing the live game rather than testing, and i fact they would only engage in playing a beta if it's a 'fun preview' of a finished release.

So far it seems that the quality and number of the forum posts is the best indicator because it allows us to understand the player better, but in the end there is always a bit of luck with this, it's just a shame that Apple don't allow more udid's for larger scale testing.

this is my first post and i have to say as a person who speends my kids inheritance on this game that rangers must get a beta tester ASAP. I whole heartedly support Ninjas post. Please ensure a whole class is not disavantaged by glitches come update or 94 (soon to be 95) levels of play will be for naught.

Since i can run circles around you in the real game , maybe you should stop with the hating posts.

If the beta was setup in any way to actually test the new stuff and id the admin gave us any information to start on when we update to each phase, maybe i would invest MY time in helping more.

I had every intention of doing my share in beta testing, but when i log on and HAvE to skill up every skill point, and o searching for the manual guy that seems to not exist, and noones even on to ask questions........i am far from the problem. You guys that are not in Beta must have a really messed up sense of whats it like.

I have talked with others in my clan in beta and we both agree it was almost an entire waste of time to log on. Please dont mock me by saying "you" would of tested better. I went from excited about being in beta to utterly disappointed. Keep your comments on things you know nothing about to yourself.

The fact is i visited every vendor this last beta build and not one of them sells me training manuals with new skills. Not much to say about all of the old skills, besides sharP shot cast timer was increased (thx for the nerf)
