#14yes they can. I've been lucky enough to get a sparkle green and black. Also, the different colors of Winterstaves can be sparkly as well. I've gotten a few sparkle staves in different colors.Is there a chance that the red top hat or pink can be sparkly?

#15as far as i know the hats can have partile effects. Will be stardust. I saw a few sparkling staves, 3 sparkling white staves on lugh so far i know.
