Could they also look at make the higher version of pyrus (Idr name but it's also 6*) to count for the quest as well? Doesn't spawn as often but still it makes no sense to kill a boss harder than pyrus and yet still not have completion of the quest

OMG IK!!!!!!!!!! i killed the other woodcrown 6* 3 times but not the legit one once

I have been scrambling to do Regulus and was doing about one per day. All Seeing, Swamp, Chain, Woody, Stone, and then...Pyrus. Umm no. I have been on Lava for two and a half days and seen 18, yes 18 freaking spawns and none are Pyrus. This is such crap I'm about to quit. Why would you make such a requirement if it never spawns??? If you want to lose a ton of players keep this crap up. Keep the old timers, but the new comers or people returning to the game like me will remember that there are other games out there.

Let me start off by saying my level is 194, and I've been playing since Sept of 2013. I started after the carrow expansion and while I was leveling in the Otherword I was advised to skip the Test of Regulus quest since the reward wasn't worth the effort - and after sometime I simply forgot the quest even existed. I am kicking myself now for taking that advice. I am in no way am saying that we should remove the quest, I understand it's there for a reason and I take full blame for not getting it done as I was leveling in the OW and killing all of the quest bosses anyway for Metoric Armor. I wish I had, but hindsight is always 20/20.
I am also not very active on these forums and missed that we would need that quest to enter the Tower. So in short, I found out late February from my clan mates, that it was in fact needed. I was able to complete all bosses needed up until Gromm and I started camping him on March 5th. I'm still camping him today.

My problem is the spawn rate of Gromm, and from what I've seen by a clannie that is currently camping Pyrus, that boss will not be any better. I'm a business owner and a Mother - and no matter how badly I want to enter the Tower and rejoin with the rest of my clan I cannot keep justifying the amount of time wasted camping this ridiculously rare boss that is NEEDED for the quest. I now log in and camp Gromm every two hours for up to two hours or until his PH spawns, and I do this all day and some nights. The only breaks I take from this schedule is to sleep. I've decided that either Gromm only spawns when I've gone to bed, or not at all.

Look at the timers I have kept and tell me this seems even close to fair. All I'd like to see is the window for these last two bosses shortened or the spawn rate of these quest bosses increased (at least the same rate as the first few bosses), less place holders and some actual hope of being able to finish this quest before I have a mental breakdown...and trust me when I say that's not to far into the future.

Please tell us there is something that can be done. I love this game,I'm finally where I want to be. I'm in an amazing clan and have made some wonderful friends and have been looking forward to an endgame experience. However I cannot allow myself to continue to waste the most important thing I have to give, my time.

You arent alone. Pyrus tracking once I realized he wasnt spawning...I keep track of spawn deltas as well.

I really hope OTM is looking at those logs and are just like .... maybe they were serious 3 years ago when they told us these spawns were awful...

I have a clan mate that after 3 days of doing nothing but hours of camping these bosses is finally up to chained king. I don't remember it being so hard and taking so long

Its been steady minions. 2 other ppl and myself found grom but it was only once, and theres still ppl sitting there waiting for spawn... Im so glad im on pyrus but thats just hell as well. Kept track of everything asked the other ppl who had been watching pyrus before me and they said they were camping since update. And oh wow just spawned another Pyrus' minion... Not kidding either
