Until players take the time to attain and level all the resistance abiliies it will be difficult to tell which mobs are truly over powered. For all I know, if I had the new abilities maxed out the SV mobs would be just the same as they were before the update. Also, I think a lot of people are saying things are too difficult because they are used to being able to solo any normal mobs in the game. Many players aren't used to a group dynamic and if they're unable to 2 hit kill mobs for massive exp they instantly view it and criticize it as unfair as opposed to trying to tackle the same mob with some help from a fellow group member. Once this dynamic becomes more widespread an accepted and players level the newly available abilities I think there will be much less complaining about over powered mobs. To me, the mobs are exactly where they should be, the players aren't. They need to learn and adapt to the changes.

I need to stress a few things before I start listing here:

•Otherworld mob's are borderline perfect if you level up in partners or in small groups. Their difficulty legitimizes grouping and by grouping you can kill so many more so much faster than solo. I personally think many players simply need to stop viewing this as a who SOLORPG and start playing a MMORPG.

Stonevale however is another story. These mob's are across the board too difficult.

The wisps, all of them need their dps and their HP decreased by about 15% I would say 20% is too much but 10% too little.
The worst being the 4 star Dreamsong"/ that now under the new SV HP trend are just like little mini bosses :lol:

The Druids are healing for almost 30% of their health bar with wild touch. This needs to be nerfed down to like 15%, I have always loved the skill to heal them, but the DMG healed is too much.

The skill attacks of almost all these mob's, especially against players that are largely using just ancient armor is too much dps. Feyblade faeries are an extreme example but one of them hit my then 91 Druid for 450. Lol twice. I got my ass kicked by a lvl 60 at lvl 91 in like 8 sec. I know a feyblade is a 4 star, not questioning the HP of it, but the dps is just a microcosm of the larger issue. Again, I have no issue the fact is it's a rogue I am a Druid, it attacks quickly and interupts me, I'm not stupid to how I got pwned, but the quickness of it was astounding.

All skills used in SV right now are hitting for a ton, I would suggest a dps curtail of about another 15%. The mob's need to be grinded on to level these people and right now they simply can't even survive there, that to me is not a question of ppl needing to learn to play it's a question of making a zone, a lvl 65-80 ecosystem viable for lvling.

Some of this again is exacerbated by players not doing their ancient statue quests, and some of those statues being bugged or respawns bugged. Once players will be able to dodge skills they will do better, but almost every mob in SV right now is OP for even lvl 85-95's getting that 7th Keymaster, just imagine the people who need to lvl up there.

well i shd say otherworld is quite good while its hard to play in tho(i can hardly solo an evil eye lol :lol: ) and i think druids in stonevale are overpowered and in fact the most part of stonevale enemies became too strong(exept fire wisps faeries and boars)

The otherworld mobs are very difficult. I cant even handle a two star of the same level. That being said groups are super effective. However i dont think it should be manditory to have a group (or lots of pots) to kill a mob. Not everyone likes or has groups available. If you play at a slow time of day this could also be an issue. I do like rhe challenge and like tea said it is borderline. I think a little easier could benefit everyone though.

OK, I want to communicate alot of things so bear with me.

Most of the mobs in SV are too OP. I agree with Tea, curb their DPS, HP's, Heals, nearly everything across the board by about 15%. They will still be tough, making grouping the best mode of lvling in zone, but not so tough as to discourage the player base.

Next point is grouping, Grouping has to be favored so OVERWHELMINGLY that not grouping is considered foolish. I used the "favored" and not "forced" here. Forcing is having the mobs so tough that they are impossible to kill without grouping (this applies to "lvling" mobs not bosses). Favoring grouping would be for example if I get 1K xp for killing a mob solo, I get 1K xp to kill it in group. Same XP reward but kill \ turn around time decreased so much from grouping that it would be foolish not to group. The game is evolving to a more rounded group based MMO, make the evolution so sweet ppl will jump on the bandwagon to go that way.

Last point and I'll end with something positive. I LOVED the Otherworld key quest. The reason I loved it was because it was not "drop" based but achievement based. The Connacht infantry quest in Shalemont is similar too. Last night I (clan Golgotha) was grouped with people from Avalon and Marath Damane working together to complete this quest. If you don't know my world (Morrigan) what just occurred there is a sign of the Apocalypse. With the achievement based quests human nature to naturally help each other comes to the forefront, and that is really what makes an MMO enjoyable to play. People helping each other play and enjoy the game!

depends how you look at it I think.. I struggle to kill a 3* mob that is the same level as me, and imho have way too much vitality for a rogue.. (about 950hp with heroic boots gloves ammy and golden bodkin).

My set out is:

Bloodlust
Heroic amulet of Rejuv
Golden Camoflauge charm
Moonshadow Jerkin
Zodiac Breeches
Heroic Gloves
Heroic Boots
Golden Bodkin of Spirits
Meteoric Dagger.

think about the people that dont have those kind of items.. they have no chance of killing a 3* mob that is the same level as them..
