Hey guys, just wondering if any other rogues are feeling HUGELY underpowered in PvP??

I heard Teef was probably the best rogue in Beta in terms of PvP.. Teef if your reading this.. how are you finding it in the live version? You still owning or not so much??

I'm a level 97 Rogue and i suck ass.. I have close fights with level 85 Warriors, and any over 85 own me..

Could be my AWFUL build, just wanted to know how other rogues are finding it?? All high-level Rogues on Rhiannon are getting owned everytime by any 90+ warrior.

I am a rogue level 86. I went into PvP yesterday and got spanked by everyone, even lower levels. My stats were something like 350, 5, 20, 75 ish. I reset to something like 300, 20, 20, 110 and started winning a lot. I even got lucky and beat another rogue whose level is 103. So, its gonna take time to find what works but some changes were definitely in order, at least for me.

P. S. WATCH OUT FOR MAGES LOL- GOT MY A$$ HANDED TO ME BY A MAGE USING HIS FOCUS SHIELD....UNSTOPPABLE AT LEAST BY ME

I'm embarrassed to admit this, but a couple times I poisoned my opponents weapons instead of mine right before the fight. I clicked on him to invite to duel and then hit poison weapon but forgot to click off of him. It gave him/her an advantage. Also I used meteoric dagger and have the spirit bodkin and bloodlust helm and the best haste gloves so that helps. I like the meteoric cuz its so fast. I usually do quickstrike, then rend and then make sure my melee attack is on.

CrotchCricket.. did you beat people other than rogues? i can beat most rogues, but Vs almost any warrior 85+.. i have no chance.

Warriors of equal level I was about 50-50 on. Any higher though (even 1-2 levels higher) and it was pretty tough if not impossible. I could kill druids but it was the longest fight out of any. I won most against rogues. I won alot of my fights with mages unless they used shield skill. Only lost to rangers until I reset stats. Now I kill rangers in about 3-7 seconds but not sure why its so fast.

Just warden with Heroic gloves and boots with bloodlust helm and top Spirit Bodkin and best ammy.

I havent used my alt book yet cuz I'm not sure what I wanna do yet and haven't gotten new rogue skills yet

yeah because the warrios have more then double your health.
If you spend everything on Strengh you shouldnt wonder why they kill u easily.

Try to get 1500hp+ and rest strengh, will be much more sucsess.

Rogues like u are really easy in pvp for warrior.
Shieldbash(100dmg)->giant swing (350dmg)->Pummel(250dmg)->shield bash ends u can do anything-> next hit from warrior ur down.

forgot to mention I have my favourite armour on the game, Pathfinder, which takes 60dex.. Just bought myself a Crystal Spear and Crystal Jerkin.. I seem to be owning now haha. Still warriors around same level usually beat me though.

thanks for your opinion Anom. I would, but I personally think that a rogue with 1.5K hp, is sorta rendered useless for his clan,(especially for bosses) and I am always wanting to help my clan wherever possible.

IMHO I think it is the Warden / Astral armours for warriors.. they add ridiculous amounts of HP, which means a warrior tank can still hit quite hard, aswell as having a ridiculous amount of hp.

And yes, okay, most Warriors will have double my HP.. surely if it was all balanced, I should hit twice as hard?
