One of the reasons people aren't getting responses "within the next few days" is because people flood OTM with tickets.

They read EVERY SINGLE TICKET, and reading the 20 that you sent only delays it for other people.

As Regenleif said, sending in multiple tickets for the same thing including asking why you haven't received a response slows down support considerably.

Due to the new event, there is a high volume of support requests at the moment and they are working through them daily. If you have not received a reply yet, you will do soon, please be patient during this time.

Support do not ignore any tickets.

No bursting your bubble. But you're allowed ONE refund per month. So it's unlikely you will get all your items refunded.

is this regarding buying a plat chest and not receiving the plat in game?

i have to wait to see if apple charged me $10 twice, or not, but i believe it has happened to me..after i clicked to purchase, my ipad kicked me out to the appstore which i thought was strange. When i logged in, i still had the same plat count..anyways, thought i'd share my exp.

I am also waiting on a refund for a new lvl 100 Lux ring. Don't keep sending tickets. Support tells you this as you try and send a ticket :roll: :roll:

Yaaaaay it's my 1 week anniversary of getting ****ed by OTM!!! Still no refund!?!? How is that possible? IDC how 'busy' it's been, I've sent over 7 tickets (one for each day, plus some :D).... Kinda a letdown tbh that the message says "OTM will respond within a few days".... Change your message if you can't keep your word, and please, one of you please reply to this post and tell me it's been busy... Idc if it's been busy, change your ticket message and stop lying to myself and other players if it's been busy........ Oh btw, my cousin Homie on Gwydion spent $100 on plat about a week ago also, 4000 plat? Hell no, how about 0? Which he too has sent support a bunch of messages that promise to "fix the problem in a few days"... Oh wait, no reply still..... Fix your message and quit lying or give us our stuff.

i'm very confused about refunds. it seems OTM changes their policy on refunds often and never tells anyone what the new policy actually is. So its basically a huge gray area. Maybe it would be nice if there was actually something written down to go by, but its their word against yours so your screwed. at first it was you can get a refund anytime. then its you have a month to refund every item you purchased. then you have 1 month to refund a single item only. then 14 days. now 3 days. next it will be no refunds. its impossible to know whats going on due to these constant changes and lack of communication.

I'm pretty sure asking for 3 refunds won't be accepted - it's 1 a month, isn't it? And how did you accidentally buy 3 items in a row?

Sending so many support tickets won't help either :)
The customer is always right. If Fingal has asked for a refund on three items, and OTM has said they offer a refund on three items per month, then OTM should offer Fingal a refund no matter what the reason is.

You either respect your policy, or you face legal action.

My understanding is you can only ask for a refund once a month and within 3 days of purchase. So, to me, it seems he can ask for his monthly refund if all his items were bought and refund requested at the same time
