Where do you get this quests and at what level? I can't seem to find it.

Where did you saw this quest?you know it drop or anything else? I mean are you sure it exist? If you have it can you ss or is it someone who talked to you about?

You need 176 its a quest to next room in tower you can get it at the Sentinental at bridge and first 172 u do a boss than 174 u do a boss than 176 u do artemis and can enter second floor
