+1, mabye including a friendly target and hostile target will help so we don't have to switch targets as much? To do this you could just target a friendly target either by clicking on their person or from the group list and buffs and heals would go there and attacks would go to the hostile target. In this proposed system you could change your friendly target without removing your hostile target. Also make it easier to target yourself by having your name in the group list (even if you are ungrouped). But yes the accuracy of aquiring targets needs to be improved as well. To improve aquiring hostile targets mabye make it so you click a certain symbol on/above the target just to make clicking more accurate. And mabye make these symbols always be at least a specified distance apart (they can adjust) when things are near each other. Also this symbol could be green for friendly's and red for hostile.
This is an touchscreen game so it is obviously a tough issue to fix, let's be patient people
