I'm sorry if this seems like a dumb question but...I had no idea that any of the chat had to be paid for. I never use shout but I do use whisper, clan chat, group chat, and and "say". Is all of that stuff for free?

yes it's free.
Also shouting is free but you need to pay for it when your under lvl 5. Thats a laughter isn't it

Ok I'm furious! I paid for bullhorns x100 and now what's the bloody point? Everybody shouting even if they in same bloody room?! I'm annoyed beyond belief ppl should have to pay for it at least u know ppl won't shout for the sake of cluttering your chat screen up. I play on iPhone and have no idea about iPads or iPods but my chat screen is small enough! I don't need little tossers shouting obscenities and stirring trouble All the time, especially when I'm whispering or clan chatting. Lvl 5 indeed? Takes like half a second to get there and then u can clog the airways with ur bs. Not cool!
