+1 to name and appearance change...but only once, when you hit 100? Or 150? it would have to be high enough so that people realize what they are getting into when they change their name (pretty much completely erasing old identity). That is both a bad thing and a good thing I guess. Bad because scammers/acc traders can change names, good because people who made accounts prior to the engine update can now make a cool 2 word name. Appearance definitely needs to be editable, either a shop in game, or a plat purchase, but should be free at least one point in the game. Maybe as a weekly quest reward you can change your appearance?


Insanely large -1 to class change. Yes other MMO's might allow that, but they aren't as.....unbalanced? as Celtic Heroes. Like others above said, people would just level rogues and change class to something harder to level, OR would change all their current characters to druids or rogues or mages or whatever (anything but ranger I can bet ya). Then there would be all the class specific stuff to deal with....quest armor for example. Not to mention all the people who find they don't like their new class as much as the old one, and would then bug OTM to let them change back.

+1 on name changes and appearences, name change once and once only, while appearence should be able to be changed for cheap amounts at any time. Course, hope yall know this wont be implemented. At least not for another three to four years. (Just based on how long its taken for otm to implement something like mailbox and or bounty board. )

-1 name change, how do i know who is who when everyone changes name? What about scammers who change their name or enemies who change their name into one of your friends?

-1 class change, what about the armour, and bound items? Like dragonlord armour, so say you're a level 180 rogue, you change into a druid and get easily dragonlord armour because theres plenty of, and than you change back...

At your name change thing about scammers. Theres ton on oac and they change their name and the game still successful. Don't be stupid and you won't be scammed. You're around tons of people that you don't even know in real life, why would you trust them?... Idiots are what make scammers.
