Hi there, just to confirm we have logs of everything, nothing will be lost.

But please give us a bit of time to sort through the request we got. After the update launched we got a big spike of support requests that we are dealing with.

I am very conscious that we need to get support responding very quickly to the in game requests and that is the goal in the near future.

Items still missing, no personal reply from support.
But I'm glad to see some have their items returned, and a reply from admin that they are still working on it.

I guess this is a sorta-bump?

Admin, whats the problem here? Its been over A WEEK!! Since i lost my items, and you STILL REFUSE to do anything. I tried being patient and wait, but this is just to much. Get your support staff to do their job!!

I expect that "Support staff" is one guy in a back room sifting through mountains of data begging the coders to come up with a way to automate the process... and Richard is being sent out to calm the natives every few days.

We are in this for the long haul guys.
