Hi there, just to confirm we have logs of everything, nothing will be lost.
But please give us a bit of time to sort through the request we got. After the update launched we got a big spike of support requests that we are dealing with.
I am very conscious that we need to get support responding very quickly to the in game requests and that is the goal in the near future.
