I have a question, there is a penalty for Lower Player duels to higher lvl Mod, the question is, why there isnt the thing on contract that Lower lvl Mod has a penalty with higher lvl player? Even low lvl player vs High lvl player? Is it cooler?

It means u take less damage when u fight with higher lvl Boss comparing with you. exp: You are lvl 120 and fight with a boss lvl 130. If the boss's lvl is 120, u duel 500 damage, but the same stats but if the boss were lvl 130, u only duel 350 damage.
-But even u r lvl 140, 200, the lvl 130 Boss still do full damage to u. its funny !
